  • General information: these loan funds are planned to be channeled into financing of agreements (40ta) in the pre-school education system on the basis of DHS.
  • Status: a loan agreement was signed between the Saudi Development Fund and the Government of Uzbekistan. Currently, the draft government decree on the implementation of this project has been developed and is included in the Cabinet of Ministers for approval.
  • Within 10 days after the approval of the government decision, a legal conclusion is expected by the Ministry of Justice to the debt agreement.
  • Once the Saudi Development Fund has received a legal conclusion, the project is carried out in accordance with the approved mexanizmga.
