Today, the opening ceremony of the exhibition of children’s drawings on the theme “Land of Goodness and Peace” was held.
The UN General Assembly established the International Peace Day in 1981 and according to its resolution on September 7, 2001 21 September as the International Day of peace began to be celebrated every year.
In cooperation with the center of people’s diplomacy of the SCO, the Ministry of preschool education, the Academy of arts of Uzbekistan, the University of Economics and diplomacy, as well as the UNICEF office in Uzbekistan, in order to further increase the interest of children in art and culture in the Republic, to identify talented young people, to strengthen their interest and attention
This exhibition was held on September 21-30 of this year at Ikuo Xirayama international Palace of culture of the Academy of arts of Uzbekistan in connection with the 30-year holiday of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and September 21 “international peace Day”.
In the mirror, our children tried to express their understanding and imagination about the peace of the country, the prosperity of the motherland and the well-being of the people through paintings with examples of their creativity.
The event was attended by the director of the center of people’s diplomacy of SCO in Uzbekistan Qabiljon Sobirov, the minister of pre –school education of the Republic of Uzbekistan-Agrippina Shin, the head of the UNICEF office in Uzbekistan Munir Mamedzade, the chairman of the Academy of arts of Uzbekistan-Farhad Tashmukhamedov, the chairman of the public council under the Ministry of preschool education,
Within the framework of the event, the students of the University of Jakhon economy and diplomacy demonstrated poetic reviews and interesting programs.
In 2022, the exhibition will be held before the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Uzbekistan.
This event will serve to further increase the effectiveness and organization of after-school education in the creative direction of the field of fine and Applied Arts.
The Gulf will last until 30 September.
